Guess what it is finally Friday….Yay....... can’t wait for the weekend to come….wanna go shopping and hang out with darling Janice ...... such long time we dind't go out yam cha and window shop...... since i start working dun really have the time to enjoy n relax myself in the shopping mall.....hehe....this doesn't i'm rich okay.....money have no where to spent...... oh ya my uncle sean from England will be going back 2nite ......(hem...gonna miss him la.....with his lecture n theory tat nag us ......haha......)dun know when will he be back.....anyway.....all de best ya uncle Sean.....take carez.....hope to see ya very soon.....

I Hate de Way u treat me

Suddenly have this kind feeling whereby I damn hate my supervisor….whatever I do he want to bother abt it….sometimes really feel irritate….. I want to said it loud here tat" you are so damn annoyed me mine ur own business thank you…."as long as I get my things done in time without any error or mistake there isn’t anything that u need to worry of….I’m not small kid anymore & most important is tat I know the consequences…..what you do I didn’t and never comment on it b’coz I know what is the minimum respect your superior….i don’t say a word doesn’t mean I do know….it is jus I ignore it…..on the other hand you think that I’m stupid and easy to control….too bad your prediction is so so wrong ……when I react you totally out of ur expectation….(to be a good superior u gotta set a good example only other will follow what you said…you better read tis before you wanna say anything….)

A good leader must have the discipline to work toward his or her vision single-mindedly, as well as to direct his or her actions and those of the team toward the goal. Action is the mark of a leader.



A leader does not suffer “analysis paralysis” but is always doing something in pursuit of the vision, inspiring others to do the same.Integrity is the integration of outward actions and inner values. A person of integrity is the same on the outside and on the inside. Such an individual can be trusted because he or she never veers from inner values, even when it might be expeditious to do so. A leader must have the trust of followers and therefore must display integrity.Honest dealings, predictable reactions, well-controlled emotions, and an absence of tantrums and harsh outbursts are all signs of integrity. A leader who is centered in integrity will be more approachable by followers.Dedication means spending whatever time or energy is necessary to accomplish the task at hand. A leader inspires dedication by example, doing whatever it takes to complete the next step toward the vision. By setting an excellent example, leaders can show followers that there are no nine-to-five jobs on the team, only opportunities to achieve something great.



Magnanimity means giving credit where it is due. A magnanimous leader ensures that credit for successes is spread as widely as possible throughout the company. Conversely, a good leader takes personal responsibility for failures. This sort of reverse magnanimity helps other people feel good about them and draws the team closer together. To spread the fame and take the blame is a hallmark of effective leadership.Leaders with humility recognize that they are no better or worse than other members of the team. A humble leader is not self-effacing but rather tries to elevate everyone. Leaders with humility also understand that their status does not make them a god. Mahatma Gandhi is a role model for Indian leaders, and he pursued a “follower-centric” leadership role.Openness means being able to listen to new ideas, even if they do not conform to the usual way of thinking. Good leaders are able to suspend judgment while listening to others’ ideas, as well as accept new ways of doing things that someone else thought of. Openness builds mutual respect and trust between leaders and followers, and it also keeps the team well supplied with new ideas that can further its vision.



Creativity is the ability to think differently, to get outside of the box that constrains solutions. Creativity gives leaders the ability to see things that others have not seen and thus lead followers in new directions. The most important question that a leader can ask is, “What if … ?”



Possibly the worst thing a leader can say is, “I know this is a dumb question ... ”A sense of humor is vital to relieve tension and boredom, as well as to defuse hostility. Effective leaders know how to use humor to energize followers. Humor is a form of power that provides some control over the work environment. And simply put, humor fosters good camaraderie.Intrinsic traits such as intelligence, good looks, height and so on are not necessary to become a leader. Anyone can cultivate the proper leadership traits.

CNY caroling

Wohoo….. there is so many thing tat happen around me these day which will stay in my memory…..

Wake up damn early after a stressful Friday in office which u jus can’t imagine how bad tat is dealing wit the workers…whereby they are so so moron n able to make u damn pissed off …. Oh ya I seek favor from ngiap kim to fetch me to temple so tat I don’t need to cramp in the public transport... (Thanks ya for the lift n make u wait for awhile sry) reach temple around 8.05am…..we had a little practice and this year the leaflet look so simple bt it includes a lot song ….before we leave due to the 80 anniversary of the Sunday school there is a short shooting for offering….huh….i’m damn blur at time bt tat remind of the tuff time in college doing our advertisement production. Anyway everything goes smooth n we went up to the bus n headed down to the 1st house which is located at cheras the Maha Karuna Compassion Home…..nt bad I think tat is wat I can comment on…..2nd house Bro Ong’s house…..(this is where fill our tummy wit pasta n salad….yummy) 3rd house Sis Jacqueline’s house we had our fun time where drink cendol ,cookies, fruits n there are congkak master competition in between….hehe….can’t imagine how much fun we have …. The last house was a apartment at damansara which is Sis Lily’s house n it a grand one too…a pool side party….wow…tat will be fun….i jus can bear with the weather n feel like jumping in to the pool…it will be so refreshing…that place can count as luxury wei…the food is jus so so nice where I can resist to eat more…there are pasta, sushi, lamb steak, satay, fried noodles, sandwhich, pandan chicken, cakes….which ever u can thought of it appears on the table… enough wit the food bt I still feel hungry wei….at night I went out will my family to Korean BBQ …..Tat is really taste nice too… (hem..i guess I’ll be putting on weight again….oh no…..)
